These principles apply to visitors to the public website, users of search and categories, people who click an offer, and people who contact us via the form or email.

They do not apply to data processing by external e-shops after you move to their website.

We process only data proportionate to the purposes of operating the comparison platform, security, responding to messages and measuring how the website works.

For the contact form, we process your name, email address, subject, message text, submission time and technical data necessary to protect the form.

We process data to respond to enquiries, operate the service, ensure security, diagnose issues, measure traffic and comply with legal obligations.

For analytics and marketing cookies, we act on the user’s consent where legislation requires consent.

5. Technical logs, security and click-throughs

For outbound click-throughs, we mainly record the offer identifier, destination URL, time, referring page and basic technical data to audit link functionality.
