Zoneo terms of use

1. Basic information

These terms govern the use of the Zoneo website, catalogue pages, search, categories, product details and click-throughs to external shops.

2. Nature of the Zoneo service

Zoneo is an information and comparison aggregator for sports products, offers, prices, availability, categories and related recommendations.

Zoneo is not an online shop, seller, distributor or payment intermediary. It does not create its own basket, accept orders or arrange delivery of goods.

After clicking an offer, you leave for an external e-shop or partner page. The contractual relationship for the purchase is formed between you and the relevant seller under their own terms and conditions.

3. Prices, availability and product data

Product details, images, prices, discounts, availability and specifications mainly come from data feeds and publicly available materials provided by partners.

We regularly update, clean and match the data in our own catalogue, but a partner may change the price, stock, delivery, or variant before the change appears on Zoneo.

Before making a purchase, always check the final price, availability, delivery, payment, return options and terms and conditions directly in the seller’s e-shop.

4. Catalogue, matching and offer ranking

Zoneo uses its own sports category tree and maps partners’ source categories to an easy-to-understand structure for users.

Products and variants may be grouped into canonical products. If a partner’s data is not sufficiently accurate, the result may require adjustment or temporary removal from the public catalogue.

The order of products or offers may take into account price, availability, data completeness, link usability, relevance to the query, categorisation quality and data recency.

5. Affiliate links and partnerships

Some links from the Zoneo platform may be affiliate or partner links. If you make a purchase after clicking through, Zoneo may receive a commission from the partner or affiliate network.

Affiliate commission does not change the price you see at the seller and does not create a sales contract for the product between the user and Zoneo.

6. Website usage rules

Use the website in a way that does not harm the operation of the service, other users, partners or system security.

Without prior written consent, systematic scraping, bulk copying of the database, bypassing protective features or automated overloading of the service is not permitted.

7. Orders, complaints and returns

As Zoneo is not the seller, it does not handle orders, payments, delivery, complaints or withdrawal from contracts for products purchased from partners.

8. Limitation of liability

Zoneo provides comparison information to make sports shopping easier to understand. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that external data will be completely error-free.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, fulfilment, payments, complaints or terms and conditions of external e-shops to which we link.

9. Governing law and changes to the terms

Use of the service is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory provisions require otherwise.

We may amend the terms, particularly when the service, legislation, partners or security requirements change.
